It was just a commendable fit for a quick stopover in Sidari with best value. The large pool was refreshing, although a bit chilly at first. Bring a sweater for cooler mornings if you're visiting in fall.

The hotel offered engaging animation team activities.
Our room had overwhelming mold, making the stay unbearable. The cleaning staff seemed to overlook basic hygiene, leaving dirty bathrooms. Even the replacement room didn't meet cleanliness standards. we were left feeling uncomfortable throughout our visit.

great views but some room improvements needed
The large pool area provided a refreshing escape, with plenty of room to relax. The staff showed exceptional kindness and were always ready to assist us, especially at the reception. We particularly enjoyed the stunning sea view from our room, making our mornings delightful.
The room felt a bit dated and could really use some upgrades.

The staff was exceptional, with a particularly commendable restaurant team who provided friendly service. Food options were varied and delicious, with highlights like Uonuma-grown rice that delighted my family. room cleanliness was a major issue. we only received one cleaning during our week-long stay. the steep hill access to our room became cumbersome, especially when managing kids and luggage. The pool area often felt chaotic with a lack of supervision, which was concerning for safety.

We had such a fun time with the amazing entertainment team and the food was a delightful surprise every day. The outdoor pool area was perfect for relaxing, and we loved unwinding in the sun loungers. Just a heads-up, the rooms could use a little upgrade, but it didn't stop us from enjoying our stay! 😊

Just returned from Panorama Sidari. The pool area was fantastic, spacious, and maintained a pleasant temperature even on hot days. The animation team delivered a variety of fun activities each day, keeping us entertained without being overbearing. The all-inclusive dining was impressive, featuring theme nights like Indian and Italian. Each meal had a great selection, and the food was well-prepared. I truly appreciated the snacks available at the pool bar throughout the day, especially the delicious crepes. On the downside, the air conditioning struggled a bit in our room, making nights uncomfortable. The rooms showed signs of age and definitely required refurbishment – it felt like we had a lot of small fixable issues like rusty hinges and broken lampshades. sunbed availability was limited as many loungers were reserved early with towels. The steep access to the hotel may not work for everyone, especially those with mobility concerns. Still, the views were beautiful, and the location close to the beach and local attractions made up for the shortfalls. I plan to return, hoping for some upgrades by then.
